1. Transit Time
- Usually, it takes about 3–5 working days for the order to be delivered. However, during our Sale Period, shipping may take 7–10 working days.
2. Delivery Charges
- Orders valued above 2000 PKR have FREE delivery.
- A flat delivery charge of 200 PKR applies to all orders under 2000 PKR.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
- All purchases are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items will be exchanged at the purchasing price.
2. How to Return?
Online purchases follow the same 30-day exchange policy.
(2.1) Return via Courier
- Pack the item securely with original labels, tags, and packaging.
- Contact Customer Support or WhatsApp Support (+92 301 1584943) within 30 days of delivery and share your order details and issue.
- Our team will verify the order number and advise you on the return method.
- Once received, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact WhatsApp Support (+92 301 1584943) for a replacement, exchange, or resolution.
Payment through Credit or Debit Card
Orders placed through credit/debit cards or any other online payment system undergo a fraud check and are processed only after approval. Orders may be canceled if they fail the verification process.
Note: Credit card orders require up to 16 working hours for bank verification.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled upon customer request anytime before processing.

- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing differences
- Shipping cost differences
- Technical errors
In case of cancellation, payments made via bank transfer or card will be refunded within 24 working hours.
